What are the delivery methods & charges?
A basic $0.40 fee is charged for stationery per package.

Local
Normal mail or Registered mail only.

Approx. Normal postage charges:
$1.00-1.50 per accessory/top
$2.55 per dress/long pants/jeans
$3.35 per heavy coat/boots/etc

Registered postage fees - Topup an additional $2.50 to normal postage charges.
Registered mails are only posted out every Wednesday.

If your order exceeds 2kg, you may consider arranging a ONE-TIME meet up at the following locations:
Clementi MRT, Dhoby Ghaut MRT, The Cathay, Dover MRT, Woodlands MRT


International
Standard Airmail or Registered Standard Airmail only.
$17.90 for the first item, $5.99 for every additional item.
This is not applicable for heavy items such as boots, heavy coats, etc.
Please also note that you will have to pay the respective taxes due at your customs as we do not collect nor charge for them.

Registered postage fees - Topup an additional $2.50 to normal postage charges.
Registered mails are only posted out every Wednesday.

Please note that these are estimated shipping charges. Actual costs of shipping may vary and will be included in the invoice to you.

How long does the order process & delivery take?
The order process depends on the speed of response received by you. The earlier we receive confirmation and payment, the quicker the order process is completed.

Upon receiving payment, we will post out your item within 2 days, except for registered articles which are posted out on Wednesdays only. All deliveries are done via Singpost.

Local Estimated Delivery Time
Usually between 1 to 3 working days.
*Deliveries during special occasions and festive seasons may take up to 10 days.
**Only Monday to Friday are considered working days.

International Estimated Delivery Time
Usually between 6 to 12 working days.
*Deliveries during special occasions and festive seasons may take up to an additional 10 days.
**Only Monday to Friday are considered working days.

We highly recommend customers to opt for Registered Mail so that they can track the delivery process.

What does it mean when an item status is PENDING?
If an item status is PENDING, it means that a buyer has placed an order for the item and we are awaiting the payment to be made within 24 hours. If the buyer is MIA or does not respond, the item will sold to the next interested customer based on the time of comment/order posted.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, only to paypal verified addresses.

What is the accepted currency & payment mode?
All prices stated here are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), hence, the only currency accepted is SGD. Payment can be made via iBanking Funds Transfer, ATM Funds Transfer and Paypal Funds Transfer (subjected to 3% paypal charges). Cash On Delivery is not accepted.
Please note that for ATM Funds Transfers, you are required to send us a snapshot/scan of your receipt.

Why do you not accept exchanges or refunds?
Most of our items are imported from overseas, hence we are unable to make any exchanges. We do not accept refunds as there have been cases of customers abusing this condition.

What are Back Orders?
We sometimes take in Back Orders for stock. These orders will be filled once the renewed stock have arrived.

How do I use the store discount code?
If you have received a discount code via our advertisements or subscriber e-mail, please state the "Discount Code: XXXXX" in your confirmation e-mail so we can calculate your total costs payable after discount for your invoice.
